The 16-year-old charged in the stabbing spree at a Pennsylvania high-school is being held in the general population section of a juvenile detention center with a dozen other minors, officials said. Alex Hribal, a sophomore at Franklin Regional High School, cannot receive a visit from his parents until the weekend, according to Rich Gordon, the director of the Westmoreland Juvenile Services Center.
