The Department of Justice said on Tuesday, U.S. Justice Department’s top tax enforcement official, Kathryn Keneally, is leaving the agency next week. Keneally’s departure comes just one week after she helped secure a $2.6 billion settlement and a guilty plea from Credit Suisse over charges that the Swiss bank helped Americans evade U.S. taxes.
