Chinese police have released surveillance footage showing the chaotic scene when a fire broke out on a packed bus in Hangzhou, east China. The footage shows a man pouring oil onto the floor of the bus and then setting it alight. Police have found that the arsonist used banana oil, a paint thinner, to start the fire. A total of 32 passengers were injured, 16 severely.
