2nd immigrant plane arriving in San Diego as protests ramp up in Murrieta

Another plane full of undocumented immigrants was expected to land at Lindbergh Field Friday, as the federal government deals with mounting issues, including how to handle the spread of contagious diseases carried by the migrants.
