Typhoon Kalmaegi hits northern Vietnam

Typhoon Kalmaegi has hit northern Vietnam’s Quang Ninh Province. Before entering Vietnam, the storm made its way through southern China. It ripped through towns in Hainan and Guangdong provinces, leaving over 440,000 people affected.
