A San Francisco Bay Area 10-year-old is lucky to have come out with just minor wounds after bouncing off a trampoline and flying through a plate glass window.
Kyla Graham was attending a Halloween event at the Four Star Gymnastics Center in Antioch, California. She was taking her turn on the trampoline when things went awry and she bounced in the wrong direction.
She put her arms up over her face and went right through the window and landed in a hedge garden. Kyla was taken to the hospital where she needed more than 100 stitches and says, “There’s still glass in my hand and foot and stuff.”
The gym had at least three trampolines positioned near windows as shown in this video, however they are now closed to the public.
