These two heartless individuals were made for each other! Together they schemed to murder a man for his life insurance.
The couple run a small business together in the city of Hsinchu in northern Taiwan. Three years ago they began employing a homeless man to do menial labor around their restaurant.
In March of this year, the woman convinced the homeless man to marry her, saying she and her boyfriend would provide for him. The very next day, the two co-conspirators took out a US150,000 dollar life insurance policy on the woman’s new “husband”.
After patiently waiting only 3 months, they ran over him over with a car, attempting to make it look like a hit-and-run.
But to their surprise, the man survived! So they gave it another shot. After checking him out of the hospital they took him home, pulled out his breathing tubes and force fed him until he choked to death.
An autopsy revealed inconsistencies with the man’s death and police have arrested the black widow and her boyfriend and charged them with murder.
