Dozens of members of Islamist militia group the ‘Dawn of Libya’ have been filmed enjoying a dip in the pool after taking control of the abandoned residential annex of the US embassy in Tripoli.
The complex had been left empty since late July when US diplomats fled to Tunisia because of the deteriorating security situation.
The militants entered the complex last week and have said they are there to protect it from looting by other extremist groups.
Dawn of Libya recently organized a media tour to show the world that they have not damaged the complex.
